Processing time
If it is not a custom-made product, the processing time is usually 24 hours.

Customs and import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping without insurance & tracking
If the products are ordered without insurance and tracking, and the items do not arrive at the buyer, unfortunately I cannot check anything from my side and the order is therefore lost and will not be replaced. Usually the packages arrive without any problems.

Shipping with insurance & tracking (registered mail)
Once the products have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track your order. The order is also insured up to 500 CHF (Switzerland) and 150 CHF (Europe) in case of loss or damage.

CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE

Normally I do not accept any withdrawal or exchange.
Please contact me within 14 days after delivery though if you have any problems.
In the event of a replacement or withdrawal, return the items within 30 days of delivery but only with prior agreement.

I do not accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problem with your order.

The following items are not subject to withdrawal and exchange.
Due to the nature of these products, no withdrawal is possible for the following items. This does not apply if the products were defective or damaged on delivery.

  • Customized products or personalized orders

Return terms
Buyers bear the shipping costs in the event of withdrawal. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
